Carpet is the biggest filter in your house. It quietly traps dust, grit, allergens and moisture until a vacuum simply cannot keep up, and near the coast it fills faster than most. We started Harbourfresh because too many Newcastle homes were living with carpet that looked fine on top and was tired underneath.

Hot water extraction changed what we could give people: carpet that is genuinely cleaner deep in the pile, not just brushed over. That is the standard we hold every job to.
